Okay, so I am far from a writer, but I have been told that blogging is the way to go. So here I go. . .

I guess I will start by explaining how/why SizeWize came about. I'm a mother of two and I work full-time in the beverage industry. My husband also works full time, so clearly time is a valuable commodity to us. I love shopping online, but never order clothes. One day when someone asked me why I got to thinking. The only reason is because I never know what size I am. I thought there had to be something out there that would solve this issue of vanity sizing. So I searched and I searched and every brand has different size charts. They were all "eye-charts" and I would get headaches and just give up. So hence the need for SizeWize. I spent many nights compiling size charts so I could put it all in a database to make other womens life easier.

Then I found a web development company and voila (well not really voila, more like weeks of back and forth with them since this was my first time trying to create a website and its much harder than I thought to convey all the wishy washy thoughts in my head to a concise website). So more like weeks and weeks of testing and working with them to bring my little vision to fruition and then voila SizeWize.com was launched December 16th 2009.

I would love to hear from the women who use it, on ways to improve. I have gotten requests for tall women and I will work on that.

I am really hoping that the fashion forum becomes a place where more women will go to get and give fashion advice, thoughts, questions. So please check it out and leave questions and comments and check back for responses.
